This unique course focuses on the principles of communication to help anyone from CEOs to the shop floor staff understand the importance of behaviour, attitude and rapport when working in a B2B or customer facing environment. Using our expertise from the highly competitive world of Television Broadcasting we show course participants how effectively they can communicate by using simple presentation techniques that build confidence, self-belief and credibility. We also cover the psychology of persuasion and examine how correctly framing requests, ideas and instructions can significantly increase staff productivity.
